Every client is different, which means every program is different, and so is the investment. Not in the traditional sense, and that's intentional. At LLF we focus on teaching you how to eat, not just what to eat. That means macros, calorie awareness, flexible dieting, how to navigate eating out, snacking strategies, and resources that actually fit your real life. We want you to understand nutrition deeply enough that you never have to rely on a rigid meal plan again. The goal is education and freedom, not another set of rules to follow and eventually break.
